Location: West Bend, Wisconsin
Pay Range: $32 - $38/hour
Keyway Solutions is partnering with a growing, technology-driven precision machine shop to find their next CNC Programmer / Shop Lead.
This company is an AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 certified job shop running a wide range of materials — steels, aluminum, exotics, plastics, and more. They're investing heavily in technology and process improvement, and this role puts you at the center of that growth.
The Role
You'll split your time between CAM programming and leading floor operations. This is a hands-on position — you're reviewing and editing programs, kitting jobs, prepping materials, and supporting operators day to day. You'll also take on a leadership role: training, mentoring, running 1:1s, and helping build out the team.

What You'll Do
- Review and edit CNC programs (Fusion 360)
- Kit jobs — tooling, workholding, and material
- Support floor operations and handle day-to-day issues
- Train and develop operators and machinists
- Coordinate tooling, supplies, and machine maintenance
- Help deploy new systems and processes as the shop grows
What You Bring
- 3+ years of machining experience
- CNC programming experience (MasterCam, Fusion 360, Esprit, or similar)
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a shop setting
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Fusion 360 experience
- GD&T knowledge
- Keyence IM programming experience
